These Terms & Conditions apply to the services provided by ХИТ 11 ЕООД, registered in the Commercial Register under UIC BG208206883.

Scope and application

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between ХИТ 11 ЕООД (hereinafter “the Company”) and the natural and legal persons (hereinafter “the Client”) who use the website www.11cars.bg and/or make use of the Company’s services.

By submitting an inquiry, completing a contact form or concluding a contract, the Client declares that they have read and accept these Terms & Conditions.

Services

3.1 Bespoke vehicle import

Managing the entire process of importing a vehicle from Canada, Korea or the U.S. auctions IAAI and Copart — including consultation, sourcing and inspection, purchase, logistics, customs clearance and registration in Bulgaria.

3.2 Vehicle sale

A brokerage service for selling the Client’s vehicle — photography, publishing of VIP listings and communication with buyers. For a starter package plus a commission on a successful sale.

3.3 Vehicle care

A subscription service for maintenance, servicing and insurance. Available only within the city of Burgas and the city of Sofia.

3.4 Vehicle check

Assistance in obtaining a Carfax report or securing a discount on CarVertical.

Concluding a contract

For vehicle import — the contract is concluded in writing after a specific vehicle has been selected and before any purchase or bidding takes place. Without a signed contract the Company undertakes no actions of a financial nature.

For a sale — upon receiving the vehicle and payment of the starter package. For maintenance — upon agreeing the subscription terms.

Submitting an inquiry or receiving a quote does not constitute a concluded contract and creates no obligations for either party.

Prices and payment

All prices are determined individually and confirmed in writing. The Company provides a full price breakdown before a contract is concluded.

5.1 Vehicle sale

• Starter package: €200 — photography and a VIP listing for 3 months
• Renewal: €100 — for an additional 3 months
• Storage at the Company: €120 / month (optional)
• Sale commission: 5% of the sale price

Rights and obligations

Obligations of the Company

• To provide the services as agreed and within a reasonable timeframe
• To inform the Client of all material circumstances relating to the order
• To provide full pricing information before a contract is concluded

Obligations of the Client

• To provide accurate and complete information when making an inquiry and when concluding a contract
• To make payments within the agreed deadlines
• To familiarize themselves with the nature of the service, especially for auction vehicles

Specifics of auctions and bidding

• Vehicles are sold “as-is” — with no warranty from the seller
• The Company performs a Carfax/CarVertical check but bears no liability for hidden defects
• A physical inspection is not included in the standard service
• Bidding is carried out up to a maximum amount agreed in advance
• If a bid is unsuccessful, the Client owes no fee for the bidding itself

Limitation of liability

The Company bears no liability for delays caused by customs authorities, transport companies or port operators; for changes in customs duties after the contract is concluded; for hidden defects of auction vehicles; or for differences between the final auction price and the estimated one.

Complaints and disputes

Complaints are submitted in writing within 14 days to [email protected]. The Company responds within 30 days.

If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are referred to the competent court in the city of Burgas.

Intellectual property

All materials on the website www.11cars.bg are the property of ХИТ 11 ЕООД. Copying or using them without written consent is prohibited.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Changes to the Terms & Conditions

ХИТ 11 ЕООД reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Changes take effect from the date of their publication. Continued use of the services is deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
