Do I have to pay anything up front? +
The consultation is completely free. Payment is only required once you confirm a specific car - after you've seen the offer with a full price breakdown and agreed to it.
Can I pick a specific car myself from the auction site? +
Yes - you can send us a specific lot from IAAI or Copart and we'll handle the bidding and the import. You can also use our US Auctions page directly.
What's the final price - are there any hidden costs? +
No. Before every purchase you get a full price estimate with every component - the price of the car, transport, customs, VAT, registration and our service. Nothing is added afterwards.
Exactly how long does the whole process take? +
On average 8-12 weeks from purchase confirmation to handover. Consultation and selection take 1-2 weeks. Transport is the longest step - 6-10 weeks depending on the origin and route. We confirm an exact timeline at the inquiry stage.
Can I buy the car through a company? +
Yes - we work with business clients. The car can be purchased by a company with VAT deduction under certain conditions. Get in touch for details.

How long does delivery from Europe take? +
Usually 2-4 weeks from purchase confirmation to handover - far quicker than importing from the US or Korea, as there is no ocean shipping or customs clearance.
Are there customs duties or hidden fees on EU deliveries? +
No - within the EU there are no customs charges. You pay the price of the car, the transport and the registration in Bulgaria. You get a full calculation before the purchase - nothing is added afterwards.
Can I pick a car myself on mobile.de or AutoScout24? +
Yes - send us a link to the listing and we take it from there: history check, inspection, negotiation and delivery. Still searching? We'll shortlist offers to match your budget and requirements.
Do you inspect the car before the purchase? +
Yes - we arrange a physical inspection at the seller and verify the history with CarVertical before you commit. If the car doesn't match the description, we simply keep looking.

Do I have to leave the car with you? +
Not necessarily. We can photograph and publish the listing without it being with us. If you'd like us to show the car to buyers, we can arrange to keep it here - for €120/month.
When do I get the money from the sale? +
Once the deal with the buyer is finalised. We retain a 5% commission and the rest is transferred or paid out to you immediately.
What happens if the car doesn't sell within 3 months? +
You can renew the listing for another 3 months for €100. If you decide not to continue, the listing simply expires and you have no further obligations to us.
Can I use the service if I'm not buying a car from you? +
Yes - the service is fully standalone. You don't need to be an import client of ours to sell your car through us.

Is a deposit required? +
Most cars require a deposit, which is released when the car is returned without damage. The exact amount depends on the car class and is confirmed at booking.
Can I travel outside Burgas or outside Bulgaria? +
Within Bulgaria - yes, without restrictions. For travel abroad, prior arrangement with us is required so we can prepare the necessary documents and insurance.
What does the rental price include? +
Comprehensive and third-party liability insurance, maintenance and 24/7 assistance. You receive the car with fuel and return it with the same amount.
