Now this is a rare car. Its definitely not something you see every day. In all my years in the car business, Ive only seen ONE other of these in my life. Not only is it known for its rarity, but it also holds the title of the fastest car ever produced by Mini, and most likely the fastest that will ever be made. The Clubman is the station wagon of the lineup, a bit heavier than the John Cooper Works MINI Cooper with the same engine, yet faster..? This is thanks to the ALL4 all-wheel drive system. The JCW Coopers only come front-wheel drive, while this one puts its power to all four wheels.

A little history about John Cooper Works.. as Mercedes has their AMGs and Dodge has their SRTs, John Cooper Works (JCW) is the performance division of Mini. The name dates back to racing legend John Cooper, the man behind the original Minis success in rally and circuit racing during the 1960s. His performance tuning helped the Mini dominate events like the Monte Carlo Rally, and the JCW name still carries that spirit today. Every John Cooper Works model is built with that motorsport DNA, blending everyday drivability with race-inspired performance.

Really, its a BMW in disguise. Under the hood is the renowned BMW-built B48 engine producing 315 horsepower, and inside the cabin is all the tech youd find in a modern BMW. It even has launch control. From the leather seats, heads-up display, and Apple CarPlay, this thing mixes refinement and performance perfectly.

Only a limited number of Clubman JCWs were made, and even fewer were brought to Canada. Also consider that for the 2020 model year, the car got a 74-horsepower upgrade thanks to larger internals and a bigger turbo. A decent bit faster than the 2019 models mere 229 horsepower. Not only will you have one of the rarest MINIs on the road, youll have THE fastest.

I have personally driven this vehicle on a 2,200 km road trip, and I do not have one bad thing to say. It is hardly broken in with just 70,000 km, and it could be yours today for $29,995.
